Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz of Matraca Gin
- 15 ml. Of lemon juice
- 15ml. Syrup
- Champagne
- Ice
- Flute or champagne glass
- A slice of lemon for decoration
Steps to follow
Add ice, Matraca, lemon juice and syrup to a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake the shaker. The contents should be well mixed and cooled.
Serve the liquid in a flute or champagne glass.
4. Top off the glass with the Champagne and stir gently.
5. Garnish with a twist or slice of lemon over the glass.
