Ingredients
- 2 ½ ounces of Matraca Gin
- 1/2 ounce of dry Vermouth
- Ice
- Lemon or olives on a toothpick for decoration
- A glass of Martini
Steps to follow
Before preparing the Martini, place the glass in the freezer to chill it.
2. Add the ice to a mixing glass.
3. Add Matraca and dry Vermouth.
4. Stir for 20- 30 seconds until the Martini cools.
5. Pour the mixture, without the ice, into the chilled glass.
6. Cut a piece of lemon peel and lightly squeeze it over the Martini.
7. Rub the peel around the rim of the glass.
8. Garnish with a twist of lemon zest or olives and serve.
